I am Al Ippolito, a 40-year Branford resident and a candidate for Probate Judge for the
Branford-North Branford District. I am running because Probate Judge is an important position
at some point in most people’s lives and for me, it is a natural extension of my 40 plus years
of Probate practice. As Judge I look to reach and serve those who may feel misguided by fears
and avoidance of the Probate Court system. The intent of this column is to clarify, educate,
and explain the Probate process and its terminology so that more people will understand
the process and realize Probate can be quite beneficial.
