The James A. Greenleaf, Jr. Memorial Scholarship Fund, Inc. was established to honor and remember our dear family member and friend who lost his life as a result of the catastrophe which occurred in New York City on September 11, 2001. Since its inception, The Fund has hosted over 60 fundraising events with proceeds of which have been used to award over 250 scholarships valued at over $575,000. The scholarships are given to stu- dents attending and graduating from St. Bernard School as well as graduating seniors from Waterford High School, Fitch High School and New London High School towards college tuition. As we remember and celebrate the memory of Jim, the Board of Directors would like to thank all of the countless sponsors, participants, volunteers and individuals who have helped to make The Fund a success. It is through your generous support that we can continue to assist other young individuals aspire to reach their own personal goals.
