Everyone Is Invited To A PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING State Project No. 0103-0274 Safety Improvements on Route 82 (Phase 1) City of Norwich Residents, commuters, business owners, and other interested individuals are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to learn about and discuss the proposed project. Please join us on Thursday, January 18, 2024 (Snow Date January 24, 2024) Kelly STEAM Magnet Middle School 25 Mahan Drive, Norwich, Connecticut, 06360 Formal presentation will begin at 7:00 p.m. Open forum for individual discussions with DOT officials will begin at 6:00 p.m. Question and Answer (Q&A) session will immediately follow the presentation. Instructions on how to access the meeting and on how to provide comments or ask questions, can be found at the project webpage: https://portal.ct.gov/DOTNorwich 103-274 The public informational meeting is being held to provide the public and lo- cal community the opportunity to offer comments or ask questions regarding the proposed project. Persons with limited internet access may request that project information be mailed to them by contacting Mr. Salvatore Aresco, P.E. by e-mail at salvatore.aresco@ct.gov or by phone at (860) 594-3239. (Allow one week for processing and delivery.) This meeting will also be livestreamed on YouTube, and closed captioning will be available. Non-English translation options will be available on YouTube. The recording will also be available on CTDOT's YouTube Virtual Public Information Meeting playlist: https://portal.ct.gov/ctdotvpimarchive The meeting facility is ADA accessible.
