Meet our Yoga Instructor, Lisa Terenzio! Lisa has 20 years of counseling experience as an attorney, 15 years experience as an adjunct professor of legal studies and professional development, she has a lifelong passion for diet, exercise and the working of the human brain as it pertains to both. She has experienced remarkable improvements in her own chronic health conditions by practicing what she teaches. She is in the process of intensive study on habit change, health coaching, yoga, and meditation.
