Nutan’s interest in real estate began before she moved to Guilford, CT in 2003 from Pennsylvania. She extensively researched the cities in CT before deciding to settle down in Guilford for its natural beauty, excellent schools, convenient commute and strong sense of community. By identifying her needs in a home, Nutan was able to streamline the usually stressful process of buying a home from another state. It was then that she realised that buying a home can be an enjoyable process when combining solid research, a set of home selection criteria and a knowledgeable real estate agent.

When not assisting home sellers and buyers, Nutan loves spending time with her husband Jim and their teenage children and she takes an active part in community activities and volunteers her time in her children's school and the temple. She was a Math coach at Baldwin Middle School Math Club and helped start the Chess Club at the Baldwin and Adams Middle Schools. Under her mentorship, the Baldwin Middle Schoolers won the best team trophy in 2015. Currently she is the Treasurer of the Guilford High School Boys’ Tennis Team. Another passion, Nutan has cultivated her gardens on the principles of Vastu Shastra and Feng Shui - they are her pride and joy.
