Reconvene the Charter Revision Committee to explore legal ways to bring about a genuine government of, by, and for the people through: a. Recall of elected official(S) the community has deemed unfit to serve. b. Finding ways to more effectively enforce accountability in public office. c. Oversight supervision of police misconduct complaints involving malfeasance/misfeasance. d. Legal Prohibitions of nepotism in public office. e. Establish a moratorium on the sale of town-owned real estate property for 20 years 3. Homeowners facing adverse government decision will be encouraged to actively participate in the decision-making process, before any government action is taken. 4. Implementation of a policy limiting the availability of the beach to non-residents from Sunday to Tuesday (but) would include parking privileges for a fee. MISCELLANEOUS The remainder of the week would be for the exclusive use of our fellow East Haven Coordinator, State Senator Richard Blumenthal's campaign for Connecticut Attorney General. 1990. (Currently serving as United States Senator) East Haven Coordinator, Attorney Shelley Marcus' campaign for the state's 12th senatorial District. 1992. (Currently serving as Judge, New Haven District Superior Court) residents and their guests. 5. Residents directly impacted by Tweed airport's operation will be offered relief that will satisfy the common understanding of fairness. 6.
