Located on the south shore of Rhode Island in Misquamicut, overlooking Block Island and the tip of Long Island, Atlantic Beach Park has been a charming landmark in this area dating back to 1921. It is still owned and operated by the Trefes family. The original name was "Atlantic Beach Casino", meaning a place to enjoy the beautiful surf, where, in days gone past, families and friends would sit in rocking chairs on the boardwalk, enjoying the sun and swimming in the warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean. 100 years later, Atlantic Beach Park remains a local Misquamicut summer tradition.
The main building of Atlantic Beach Park houses the Windjammer Surf Bar, a sports bar that opens directly onto the oceanfront patio,
with tables and umbrellas and this summer PALM TREES - just steps from the beach.
Enjoy live entertainment daily during the summer season from 1pm to 5pm on the patio while lounging in our Adirondack chairs.
Enjoy our delicious salads, wings, amazing burgers, huge fish & chips as well as craft-fully designed summer cocktails.
On Friday and Saturday nights, the Surf Bar hosts the best local and regional acts in the area at 9pm.
