NOTICE TO WATERFORD RESIDENTS PRESIDENTS DAY CLOSING FEBRUARY 18,2019 In observance of President's Day, all town facilities of the Town of Waterford will be closed on MONDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2019. GARBAGE COLLECTION SCHEDULED FOR MONDAY WILL BE PICKED UP ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2019. The Transfer Station at 1000Hartford Road will be open on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Town of Waterford Public Works Department 3
