This is his third battle MOMENT #1...this family was driving through Connecticut on their way to upper state NY when they stopped in the shop to get their son a video game for the ride home. The father saw the motorized chairs in the shop and asked how much they cost. When I replied they are free to whoever needs one he said OH MY GOD my son is paralyzed and is in the car. So I had him carry his son in and set him in a chair that fit him perfectly. The young boy said daddy, "IT'S BLUE MY FAVORITE COLOR!" The whole family was tearing up as they loaded into their vehicle. As I waved them goodbye I could only think ...WHAT ARE THE OODS of this Happening. Just stopping in out of the clear blue sky?.... makes me wonder HMMMM with cancer and leukemia..he has been in the hospital 15 out of his 20 years on this earth. The family had been searching for anyone that could help him with a motorized chair and car carrier to no avail. Someone told them to drive to Norwich and see if I could help. The chair that he needed came in the DAY BEFORE...AND someone had JUST dropped off a vehicle carrier. I WASN'T scheduled to work that day! What are the odds? He can now go anywhere!!
