NORTH HAVEN DOG LICENSE & TAG TIME 2019/2020 The North Haven Town Clerk's Office Would Like To Remind All North Haven Dog Owners That June 1, 2019- June 30, 2019 is the Time To Purchase/Renew Dog Licenses &Tags Pursuant to C.G.S. 22-338 and Public Act No. 03-103, ALL dogs six (6) months of age and older MUST be licensed and vaccinated by the end of June. Licenses & Tags may be obtained from 8:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday (except legal holidays), at the Town Clerk's Office, located at Memorial Town Hall, 18 Church Street, North Haven, CT Payments can be made in cash, check or money order, payable to "North Haven Town Clerk Licenses & Tags may be obtained by mail IF the following information is provided: Dog owner's name, address, and phone number in addition to the dog's name, age, sex, color and breed, along with proof of CURRENT rabies vaccination. You must also provide a self-addressed stamped en- velope for the return of all original documentation to you, along with the dog Licenses & Tags. For your convenience, we have posted an appli- cation on the Town's Website. Please visit: www. town.north-haven.ct.us, under "FORMS" on the Town Clerk's page. COST: $8.00 for a spayed or neutered dog (a certificate of proof that your dog has been spayed or neutered MUST be shown to qualify for this charge); and $19.00 for those dogs NOT yet spayed or neutered. REQUIREMENTS: A CURRENT rabies certificate MUST be presented to obtain a new/renewed license/tag.
