ROGER DUPONT Hamden - Roger "Marc" Dupont, 64, of Hamden passed away peacefully at home Saturday, April 27, 2024, surrounded by family after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Norwich May 29, 1959, to Roger L. Dupont and Gilberte (Vallee), he was predeceased by his parents; his brother Keith Dupont; and nephew Jay Dupont. He is survived by his beloved wife of 37 years, Colleen Kelly Dupont; son Terrence K. Dupont (Elizabeth); brother Eric Dupont (Kimberly); and sister Stephanie Schwab (John). He is also survived by his cherished granddaughters, Madison, Evelyn, and Allison; brothers-in-law John, Joe, Dan, Carl, Kevin, and Sean; sisters- in-law Sheila, Eileen, Maureen, Christine, Deb, and Jenn; many nieces and nephews; and Gracie, his K-9 companion. Marc was employed for over 30 years at Sikorsky in the technology department. He was a member of St. Paul VI Parish and the Light of Christ Prayer Group. Calling hours were Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. at Sisk Brothers Funeral Home, 3105 Whitney Ave. Hamden. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, May 6, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. Burial followed at St. Joseph Cemetery in Norwich.
