The Nurse Navigators improve patient preparedness for treatment through education, review of clinical needs and social support while also facilitating interaction between patients, their physician(s) and referrals as appropriate. They work with service line administration, the physician teams and the medical director to ensure our patients are clinically prepared for their surgery.
