She was also the Director of Marketing for Jim Henson's production company where she launched movie and television promotions and built the first electronic and home entertainment departments for the Muppets. She enjoyed consultan- cies at Carnegie Hall, Bryant Park, Symphony space and for Reading Rainbow. Erica believes in supporting non-profits and has served on the Westerly Hospital Foundation, We Are Family Foundation, New England Science and Sailing Advisory Board and briefly at Stone Acres Farm on their Board of Directors.
