I have been a shoreline resident for over 35 years. Originally from Boston and yes – a Red Sox fan.
During that time, we raised 2 daughters and a son—and now are happy grandparents to 10 wonderful grandchildren. They keep us young and my wife Nancy and I enjoy spending time with them and watching their soccer and hockey games whenever possible.
Since graduating from college, I have been involved in direct sales.
For the last 11 years I have worked helping clients preparing their home to sell and finding the property to call home. I have been very grateful for how quickly my business has grown and all the lifetime friendships that came to be during the process.
My recent sales include over 90 transactions totaling $40,000,000.00 in sales. Sales have been averaging 95% of list price.
