About

Local Expertise. Global Connections. The term Realtor has come to connote competency, fairness and high integrity resulting in adherence to a lofty ideal of moral conduct in business relations. No inducement of profit and no instruction from clients ever can justify a departure from this ideal. In Kirsten's view there can be only one driving view about a successful business: 'Do whatever is needed to meet the objectives of the customer.' That fundamental concept is held together by responding to the customer with absolute honesty, concern for their welfare, focused activity and total attention to detail. In success or failure, Kirsten always finds ways to improve. Kirsten was born to the Connecticut shore, graduated from Hopkins in New Haven (1982) and the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York (BA 1986). Post college, she gained experiences in commercial real estate, financial services, workers compensation consulting and private golf club sales and membership development. She returned to Madison with her family from San Francisco and London where they had lived on and off from 1999 to 2009. She is thrilled to be back; she knows and loves every street and has friends and family on many of them. Outside of real estate, she served on the Head's Advisory Board at Hopkins, Board Member to Madison Little League (Secretary and Director of Baseball / Softball Uniforms), Board Advisor to Madison Investment Center, Volunteer to Women & Family Life in Guilford, former Secretary to her children's school PTO and 'Booster Mom' to some of her children's sports teams. She won the Connecticut State Golf Association Father / Daughter Golf Championship and has won two other local golf Club Championships at The New Haven Country Club and The Pine Orchard Yacht and Country Club. She carries a 9.2 handicap index.
