NOTICE OF SALE The Tax Collector of the Town of Griswold auctioned the following properties in Griswold to satisfy delinquent taxes and charges on March 30, 2022: 48 Lake Road was sold to the Town of Griswold, 28 Main Street, Griswold, CT 06351 for $9,722.00. Mobile Home at 1531 Glasgo Road, Lot 111 was sold to Robert Raposa, 12 High Street, Apt 1, Ashaway, RI 02804 for $12,000.00. 166 Preston Road, was sold to David Fishman, 530 Silas Deane Highway, Wethersfield, CT 06109 for $36,000.00. Mobile Home at 378 Norman Road, Lot 15, was sold to Matthew Riley, 18 Harry Hall Road, Griswold, CT 06351 for $2,710.00. The redemption period expires on September 30, 2022. If redemption does not take place by the date stated and in the manner provided by law, the delinquent taxpayer and all mortgagees, lienholders and other encumbrancers who have received actual or constructive notice of the sale as provided by law, are hereby notified that their respective titles, mort- gages, liens and other encumbrances in such property shall be extinguished.
