LEGAL NOTICE Notice to Residents of the Town of Guilford All Habitat Services, LLC (CT DEEP #PMBR.02020) will be making an application of Diquat dibromide, Glyphosate, and Flumioxazin aquatic herbicide, to Lake Quonnipaug for the purpose of aquatic weed control on one of the following dates: September: 8, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 Information on the specific date(s) of application may be obtained from the person named below: David Roach (PMCS.0003538), All Habitat Services, PO Box 231, Branford, CT 06405, 203-245-1212. Avoid use of the water for the following purposes on the day of treatment for swimming and other water contact activities, drinking, fishing, livestock watering, and irrigation. Do not use the water for livestock watering for 1 day after treatment, drinking for 3 days after treatment, irrigation to turf and ornamentals for 3 days after treatment and irrigation to food crops for 5 days after treatment. Notification signs will be posted the day of the treatment.
