Founded in 1882 by Father Michael J. McGivney and some of his parishioners St. Mary’s Church in New Haven, the Knights of Columbus has grown to a global family-based organization that operates on the principals of Charity, Unity, Fraternity, and Patriotism. Council 3928 in Guilford CT carries out activities in line with these principals to help others in need. To be eligible to become a member, you only need to be a practical Catholic man age 18 or older.
