About
We aim to increase awareness about the importance of planting native pollinator-friendly plants and rethinking and shrinking nonnative turf lawns. Get inspired by the beautiful, low-maintenance plants as well as the butterflies, native bees and songbirds that depend on them! Learn tricks and tips for getting started or for taking your existing pollinator garden to the next level.
There are 5 beautiful open gardens on this year's tour. This tour is free to all and self guided, and no registration is required. Start at any location and visit as many as you like between 10 AM and 2 PM on Saturday, June 25. Hosts will be available to talk with you about their gardens. There will also be an educational component at each garden. Check back for specifics!
Urbanscapes Native Plants Nursery will be selling plants at one of our gardens to raise money for their non profit CPEN which aims to turn vacant city lots into green spaces.
See Garden Description page for details of each garden.
