Today, early in the twenty-first century, Fairview not only remains true to its original purpose, but has grown to include Fellowship Manor and Chelsea Cottage, both independent living residences; and Fairview, a skilled nursing facility with comprehensive post-acute care, rehabilitation services, and long-term care.
A 16,000-square-foot addition to the nursing care facility completed in early 2007 includes new, spacious resident rooms, an expanded therapy center, new resident lounges, and a bistro café. The Odd Fellows Home of Connecticut is well-positioned to provide the most advanced and comprehensive care for seniors.
Fairview is expanding its’ independent living options with a new land development -Thames Edge at Fairview. Initially consisting of 23 homes, Thames Edge is an independent living buy-in community, which offers maintenance-free living and a continuum of care.
While membership in the Odd Fellows is no longer required for admission, the principles of Friendship, Love, and Truth still guide our mission.
