The Southeastern CT Regional Resources Recovery Authority (SCRRRA) is the waste management and recycling authority for the twelve member municipalities of East Lyme, Griswold, Groton, Ledyard, Montville, New London, North Stonington, Norwich, Preston, Sprague, Stonington, and Waterford.
