NOTICE: I am retiring and my last day of practice will be May 31, 2021. My last day in the office will Thursday, May 27. My practice (and its records) will be transferred to 196 Parkway South, Waterford and taken over by rheumatologist Dr. Anita Chandrasekaran of Hartford Health Care Medical Group effective June 1, 2021.
I am no longer scheduling new patients.
Appointments after May 27 with me have been cancelled. Please call my office if you have questions. If you need your records to go to another rheumatologist, please call my office no later than May 20.
